We offer a Madina Maktab Wallet — a convenient way to store credit and use it for future purchases.

When do you get Wallet refund?
- If a book from your large order is temporarily unavailable
- For small value items (₹10–15), if unavailable, amount is credited to wallet
- On mutual agreement, refunds can be processed to wallet
Payment Failed or Refund?
If your payment failed but amount was deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
