Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. The item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in original packaging (sealed where applicable)
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
Items NOT eligible for return
- Sale or discounted items (marked as ‘Sale’ at time of purchase)
- Items returned after 10 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused by buyer, or missing parts
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or digital content items

Order Cancellation

⏰️ Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID
- If approved before dispatch, full refund within 5–7 working days

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we take full responsibility:
- Take clear photos/video of the item and packaging immediately
- Email us at madinamaktab16@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your Order ID and photos in the email
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
✅ Return shipping costs are fully covered by Madina Maktab in wrong/damaged item cases.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is offered in these cases only
- Wrong item was delivered (wrong title or wrong edition)
- Item arrived damaged or defective
⚠️ We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Requests must be made within 10 days with Order ID and photos.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases (determined after inspection):
- Book with visible signs of use — up to 50% refund depending on condition
- Item not in original condition, or missing parts not caused by us
- Item returned between 10–15 days after delivery (at our discretion)
Partial refund amount will be communicated via email after item inspection.

- If approved, refund is initiated to your original payment method

- Customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable
- Refund processed in INR to your original payment method
🌎 For wrong/damaged items on international orders — replacement or refund after photo verification. No return shipment required.
